International Machinery Sales, Inc. (IMSI) was established in 1976 by Frank B. Kraimer. Mr. Kraimer has over 32 years experience in the machine tool and manufacturing industry.

With this knowledge IMSI broadened their field into then selling of new equipment. But the company is never never one to turn their back on used equipment.

In 1978 the company became a member of Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA) where he became active on several committees on the National level. In 1988 to 1990 He was chairman of the Detroit Toledo Chapter only after serving on all the chairs.

In 1985 the company joined the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) as an accredited Appraiser. After extensive testing we became a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser.

IMSI has been involved with auctions and liquidation in many areas of the business.
